We are seeking a Partner Solutions Manager who can collaborate closely with the Community Partnerships team under Facebook’s Community and Impact Partnerships team.

This role will support Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) in driving partner performance, delivering recommendations, working cross functionally with operational teams to ensure high quality support on partner escalation and address top partner pain points at scale.

The candidate will have experience in client success, building relationships, managing expectations, and using data-backed insights to advocate for partner needs.

The ideal candidate will be process driven with experience in online operations and incident response to escalate critical partner issues.

Partner Solutions Manager, Community and Impact Partnerships Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyze data to identify opportunities, recommend best practice, and deliver insights to drive partner performance.
  • Support community leaders and liaise with Strategic Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure we are advocating for what partners need most.
  • Regularly review partner escalations to ensure their timely resolution, and proactively drive resolution of complex technical issues with internal Ops support teams.
  • Work closely with Facebook’s Global Ops, Policy, Integrity, and Product cross functional teams to understand business priorities and communicate partner pain points.
  • Offer high-touch solutions and partner messaging based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or account, partner, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business narratives in executive updates
  • Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
  • 3+ years of work experience in customer support
  • BA / BS degree or higher
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Knowledge of community building and Facebook Groups
