Responsibilities1. Handle frontline operational account management with escalation to colleagues on the music operations, product, and engineering teams as necessary2.
Assist with new partner integrations, including setting up and testing delivery feeds3. Troubleshoot partner issues and log bugs and feature requests, recommending prioritization to technical teams when possible4.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including partnerships, legal, product, and engineering teams to scale music operations workflows and processesQualifications- Experience with music companies- Quick learners and passionate about social media and TikTok product- Account Management skills and time flexibility - Troubleshooters and product improvers (exchange ideas and feedback from Labels / artists to product teams)- Able to work and cover, along with content partnerships colleague, the whole creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)- Has previous experience working with small / Medium artists- Solid understanding of South LATAM market behavior and market management culture- Accuracy on forecasting OKR targets- High engagement and interested about the industry and competitors developments- Follows strategies and execution plans according to management planning- Hungry-mindset to expand TikTok Music network and partner portfolio- Experience in Sales / Artist Account Management / BD is needed (ideally b2b).
