Be a strategic partner to Finance, Legal and Corporate Affairs leaders and teams in Brazil, by deeply understand business and people needs.
Deisgn and implement HR agenda in these functions.
Deploy HR agenda for Finance, Legal and Corporate Affairs functions in Brazil.
Lead and implement Team Effectiveness and New Leader Assimilation sessions to ensure L4 & L5 leaders build compelling team vision & purpose, ways of working, governance and Onboarding.
Cascade the communication of all HR programs and actions to these functions.
Ensure that Performance Cycle aligns with company agenda and business priorities for the teams.
Coach managers to build robust development plans according to succession planning and career aspirations of L4 and below + high potentials in these functions.
Ensure we attract the right talent with the right business profile for these Functions that can fast adapt to our culture, bringing a diverse background, with great partnership and alignment with TA team locally.
Support the implementation of Engagement plans for these Functions.
Monitor all HR KPIs of these functions. Identify and suggest actions and interventions.
Work in partnership with COE team to roll out leadership and change management tools, implement workshops and corporate trainings and deploy existing platforms for these functions.
Actively support the roll out of Finance Capabilities framework in Brazil in partnership with Capabilities Regional and Local teams.
