Your responsibilities

  • Create a new concept for 99Food Operations Growth;
  • Structure the Growth area;
  • Develop incentive-based and communication campaigns based on user insights for each life-cycle stage
  • Support referral strategy and masterplan for portfolio expansion
  • Support communication plan to specific segmentation in partnership with business teams
  • Work in partnership with HQ engineering team adapting current internal tools for cross-selling across lifecycles
  • The successful applicant

  • Background in Growth Management in companies that have experienced hypergrowth;
  • Analytical background
  • Exceptional ability to mobilize and engage stakeholders across a complex / multi-functional organization
  • Team Player : partner-up and support naturally.
  • Adaptive : easily and quickly navigates through multiple levels of details and different subjects.
  • Languages : English advanced / fluent. You will participate in many international meetings.
  • BONUS POINT :
  • Knowledge and previous experience in database query and visualization (SQL, Tableau, etc.)"
