RESPONSIBILITIES :
Independently or as a team member,executes engagements, or, as a Project Manager, manages one or more consultantsto execute large or multi-discipline consulting engagements. Executionincludes :
Developingand executing an engagement plan that meets contract requirements, ensuringquality, timeliness, accuracy, maximum profitability, and client satisfaction;
Ensuringcompliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and policies that governthe Firm’s services and adherence to Duff & Phelps’s Worldwide Practice Policies and Standards;
Providingeffective direction and guidance to all team members to maintain an appropriateclient focus and to ensure excellent client service;
Interacting proactively and effectively with theclient, developing a rapport with the client at all levels of the organizationto perpetuate future engagement activities.
Responsible for communicationsbetween the client and the Firm, including any deliverable reports and thepresentation of the engagement results to the client, with the ability todefend all determinations made in the final report;
Providingproper training and assistance to engagement staff, responsible for the qualityof their performance and on-going development;
Establishingand maintaining effective communication with Business Development and othercolleagues to foster a respectful, cooperative team environment;
Mentors,trains and develops staff, working to improve and expand their technical,consulting, and client service skills;
includes formal and individual training.
Collaborateswith Business Development to develop and close new business. May include clientvisits, client presentations, and the development of client relationships.
Continuouslypromotes a professional work environment that fosters respect, teamwork, andclient service amongst all colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS :
Graduatedin engineering, accounting or other field relevant to valuation consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
Experience working with diverse teams
Approximatelysix years of business experience in valuation or in a related industry toinclude one to two years at a Senior Consultant level, with a comprehensiveunderstanding of valuation techniques and the ability to apply themindependently to large or multidiscipline engagements.
ProjectManagement, management or supervisory experience, demonstrating stronginterpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively bothverbally and in writing.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite andinternet research.
Knowledge of Englishlanguage is a differential in the process
Willingnessto frequent travel is essential
