Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Information Business Services Customer Engagement Lead.
Owns the engagement with the business in what regards the IBS Customer (CS&L, OTC and Sales) agenda and is accountable for the delivery of Customer Capabilities in the region.
Owns the relationship with the CS&L, Sales business stakeholders in the region
Acts as the conduit between the regional Customer teams and global IBS capabilities : ensuring global processes and initiatives are delivered and imbedded within the markets and ensuring regional needs are raised and aligned with the relevant global teams
Responsible for progressing any aligned regional needs through the portfolio process up until securing funding and handing over to project delivery
Works collaboratively with the project delivery team to ensure benefit realization is achieved as per project plan, for initiatives within the Customer Brazil space
Own the delivery of the Value Realization in Customer Brazil for the implemented capabilities
Owns regional and market specific growth applications (non-strategic), including support service escalations and ongoing costs
Accountable for solutions lifecycle management including triggering applications retirements & upgrades by taking strategy inputs from Capability leads
Works collaboratively with Service Operations on budget preparation and management for applications and relevant hardware in region.
Degree according to the position
In depth knowledge of Customer business processes (including eCommerce) and related technology solutions
Experience of projects delivery in multiple regions / markets (in particular stakeholder management)
Exposure to most Route to markets across Mondelez
General knowledge of the strategic solutions in the Customer capabilities
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be very aware of innovations in the marketplace and determine how best to pilot / test in MDLZ as part of the Innovation Hub.
Strong knowledge management / project management experience in IT or business functions in the consumer goods industry
Experience in working across functions with ability to interact at Director levels and credible with Senior leadership
Excellent multicultural expertise
Experience with managing complex partnerships involving development projects or programs
In depth knowledge and experience of SAP (Finance / Controlling, Sales / Distribution, Production, Procurement)
Knowledge of the MPM (MDLZ Process Model)
DIAL or Project / Program Management understanding
Release Mgt processes (ITIL) understanding
High influencing skills and excellent communications skills with the ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resource
