Responsibilities : Holistically leading and managing all the company’s F&B activities. Assuming full responsibility for business’ P&L, draft a monthly budget and yearly budget per F&B outlet and for the entire business, and closely monitor actual performance vs.
budget.Identifying existing inefficiencies in our F&B operations and optimizing them.Constantly improving quality of products and services either using in-house capabilities and resources or through searching and contracting outsourced collaborators.
Improving BOH work flow, efficiency and hygiene through implementing and enforcing appropriate processes, acquisition of new equipment and machinery when necessary.
Monitoring the quality of breakfast buffet and continuously improving guest satisfaction.Planning and implementing a proactive maintenance and improvement plan for all F&B outlets together with CEO and head of engineering department.
Driving digital transformation in our F&B department.Dealing with the set up of new F&B concepts with our team of advisors and coordinating all aspects of the pre-opening and soft opening.
Designing and implementing a complete set of procedures and processes across the department.Developing measurement methods with the aim of enhancing performance of teams and individuals within the various F&B outlets.
Continuously uncovering opportunities to increase sales, operational efficiency and service level, and implementing relevant F&B best business practices.
Drafting an HR strategy for the F&B department. Recruiting and retaining talent in both BOH and FOH with emphasis on key mid-management positions.
Drafting and implementing an onboarding processin the F&B department.Monitoring and enforcing compliance with F&B department’s SOP’s, standards and rules and tackling related issues.
Organizing inventories systematically and controlling the purchasing process.Creating a full set of reports to be presented in monthly management meetings including but not limited to P&L, business intelligence dashboard, aggregated guest review report, goals for coming months, achievements in previous month and any other insights.
Collaborating proactively and effectively with the Executive Chef to guarantee the standards and quality of food & beverage in our various outlets.
For this role we are looking for an experienced, ambitious, proactive and capable F&B professional to take part in leading our company’s F&B department through a period of improvement of our existing restaurants, growth in F&B outlets, creation of new F&B concepts and changes in organizational culture.
You will be expected to oversee our F&B department’s ongoing operations, constantly measuring their efficiency and lead the development and implementation of processes and procedures throughout the department.
As F&B Director you will be reporting to our CEO and will also work closely with our F&B consultants.Given the complexity of running multiple F&B outlets, you must be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, problem solving attitude, strategic thinking, exceptional work ethics, hands on management style and the capability to swiftly get things done.
The goal of the F&B Director is to help us take our F&B business to the next level through building a robust corporate structure, recruiting excellent talents, creating insightful regular reporting procedures and implementing best practices across the business while optimizing our existing F&B outlets and creating successful new concepts.
Requirements : Proven outstanding experience in a management position at large hotels and / or company managing multi-unit restaurants (min 3 years).
Thorough knowledge of the industry’s best business practices.Experience and / or understanding of the principals of change management.
Previous experience with drafting and implementing procedures and processes.Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
