To be bold is to apologize instead of asking for permission.ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE OPPORTUNITYAs an SMB Visual Comms Designer in the Brand Team, you will be directly involved with our portfolio of products and initiatives aimed at small and medium businesses, currently comprising of the Loja Integrada, #BORAVENDER, Escola #BoraVender and GoCommerce brands.

You will have the opportunity to develop yourself working with the best peers in the market, from commerce specialists to product managers, designers and engineers, while solving complex communication problems in a growing team of a global tech company.

AS A VISUAL DESIGNER IN OUR TEAM, YOU WILL HAVE AUTONOMY TO :

  • Create compelling and brand-accurate graphic compositions for our social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, both in the form of static images and simple motion graphics;
  • Create graphic and text pieces for brand campaigns in multiple ad formats such as Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
  • Disseminate the brand expression via trade show activations, pitch decks, press releases, etc.;
  • Lead and collaborate in projects across areas, coordinating timeline and deliverables with different peers;
  • Self-manage and proactively handle demands and priorities in an agile environment;
  • Experiment with new tools and improve processes and frameworks to scale our team efforts;
  • Participate, coordinate and assist activities such as workshops and team rituals.
  • Your main responsibility will be to create graphic design layouts for social media and ad campaigns for our multiple brands.

  • That being said, we expect you to help the Brand Team creatively in many other fronts whenever the need arises, such as : employer branding graphic layouts;
  • website and landing pages visual assets; branded freebies; newsletters banners; presentation slides; events / campaigns visual identity; etc.

    YOU ARE THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR IF YOU :

  • Deeply care about the voice and look-and-feel of our brand and are keen on pairing with marketing, customer experience and product peers daily;
  • Have a good understanding and prior experience dealing with graphic design, motion design and storytelling principles, tools and projects (preferably in a SaaS environment);
  • Bring a creative and experiment-driven mindset, being able to connect with business folks and translate their insights into actionable propositions;
  • Are obsessed with clients, their pain points and how they are expected to react to our brand expression;
  • Sustain great written and oral communication skills to talk about your work in a way that both technical and non-technical stakeholders find easy to understand;
  • Think systematically to translate the value proposition of our brands in simple and engaging ways;
  • Learn and adapt easily : we have the ability to change fast;
  • Have the urge to question and discover alternatives to pre-existing paradigms.
  • This is not a project managing position. If you do not have practical, hands-on experience creating graphic design pieces via specialized tools such as Adobe CC, Figma or others, this position is not aimed at you.
