The DFS Release & Reliability Centre of Excellence (COE) team aims to enable this through centralizing specific functions to provide consistency and efficiency, coordinating certain DFS Digital activities and providing a single point of contact for DFS Digital into Dell Digital, supporting a high level of stability in production and providing appropriate governance, observability, monitoring, automation of our change, release and compliance processes.

What you’ll achieve

The DFS CoE is looking for a Change and Release Management who will drive changes providing increasing stability and reliability of our applications.

You will be driving a variety of initiatives working with global teams, gaining exposure to multiple technical platforms, learning new processes, and identifying areas of improvement.

We need a passionate individual who can scale across roles and is flexible to work with a diverse team. Strong Collaboration, communication skills will be a good fit.

You will :

  • Ensure consistency and adherence to Dell Technologies standards, processes, and policies for all projects
  • Communicate objectives, status, timelines to broad audiences
  • Provide coordination support to the DFS Release Management team
  • Review and assess impact of upcoming planned changes
  • Provide escalated incident coordination support for DFS Digital leveraging product and support teams to drive to issue resolution

    Essential Requirements

  • Good understanding of IT Project Management practices and techniques
  • Ability to find opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements and / or Application Reliability Management
  • Candidate needs to be able to identify risks and track issues to closure
  • Working knowledge of application architecture (network, firewall, application, web, middleware, database, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodology
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Working knowledge of release and change management practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
