Amazon is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support (both direct and taxes) in Brazil.
This position will work closely with numerous business teams within the company to provide tax advice and consultation and will assist with the implementation of business initiatives, including liaising with the various teams and departments based in both Brazil and the U.
S. In addition, the position will support the Brazil Tax Leader on both corporate tax and .Primary duties include :
Working with taxing authorities and outside advisers as necessary as part of a global tax team;
Supporting tax opportunities and implementation of programs and new projects, including supporting for cross-border transactions; and
Maintaining and communicating knowledge of past, present and potential future Brazilian corporate and laws, regulations, rulings, procedures and court decisions that impact Amazon’s business.

5+ years of Brazilian corporate and experience with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and / or in industry, preferably a multinational corporation.
The job requires excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Portuguese)
