At a glance :

This role is responsible for supporting the Local finance Manager by promoting accurate and reliable financial and accounting information to internal and external clients, support on implementation processes and controls in line with local requirements and Group Policies to guarantee financial, fiscal, and accounting statutory compliance while acting as a business partner to reduce overall risk.

Also, work in financial planning and analysis, covering P&L and BS for all entities

Accountabilities :

  • Prepare clear financial planning and analysis, covering P&L and Balance Sheet figures
  • Promotes correct statutory accounting and fiscal information, through Trial Balance Analysis and filing by providing adequate data and evidence to local third-party and internal suppliers.
  • Support adequate local finance operations by promoting efficient processes while guaranteeing delivery of local financial / controlling requirements.
  • Monitor Group financial policies, requirements, and interests by scrutinizing local demands and taking needed actions (report, amend, implement, etc) to align and control, involving all necessary parties
  • Act as a Business Partner by understanding the overall objectives of the entity departments and local requirements to promote efficient delivery of tasks whilst guaranteeing local compliance.

  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years at FP&A analyst / specialist or supervisor level
  • Good knowledge of Accounting
  • Previous experience in managing multiple processes and controls while reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills and other business management systems (SAP & HFM are a plus).
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
