Who We Are
The HRIS Team is tasked with the implementation of a new Workday HCM System Implementation. We are responsible for production support, testing, ongoing enhancements, projects to improve HR processes and supporting regular releases of the HR Information System (HRIS).
This position works very closely with Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), Payroll, Finance, Compensation and other support areas to manage access and educate users on the functionality of the system.
This also includes ensuring security, accuracy, integrity, and availability of HRIS data.

What You’ll Do
As an HRIS Security Administrator, you’ll be part of our Corporate HRIS team working remotely.
Specifically, you’ll :
Assist our Organization with a transformational Workday Implementation by owning and managing the security configuration & design based on our business needs.
Enforce and be familiar with security by design principles.
Partner with IT to align on all Data Privacy compliance initiatives.
Manage all user access request within a case management system.
Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of work and support and teach other analysts core concepts for crossover job training.
Own and manage the system logical access audits
Serve as primary point-of-contact for technical HRIS issues from Associates and Leaders
Partner with other team members to assist with the delivery of projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment
Lead the design and configuration of the application security framework (roles, permissions, access profiles, org structures) based on business requirements.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate application releases / upgrades with a focus on continuous improvement.
Manage the security, confidentiality, and data integrity of the HRIS system ensuring appropriate access and restrictions.
Will need to manage Administrator rights and test environment access.
Identify business process and workflow improvement opportunities to enhance operational business processes and system’s efficiencies.
Audit HRIS system data
Design and Build relevant Custom Orgs to support business needs.
Partner with the Quality Assurance Lead to complete the configuration and deployment around system upgrades and maintenance while ensuring business requirements are effectively met.
Manage small to medium size projects as needed
Partner with Client group to identify continuous improvement opportunities; drive adoption of global best practices and standards.
Ensure client group vision and strategy is understood.
Education and Experience Profile
HR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in business or technology-related field.
2-4 years overall Workday experience desired.
2+ years supporting Security Administration or equivalent HRIS overall knowledge.
