The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, execution and continuous improvement of the marketing strategy, tactics, plans and programs that support the business objective.

This includes but is not limited to event management, print and digital material, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, thought leadership content, sponsorship activation, web and designated corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manages execution of marketing and customer experience tactics, such as : creative projects, brand experience, events and community engagement efforts.
  • Researches and recommends alternative solutions for processes or system enhancements that would result in more efficient / effective work products.
  • Has continuous communication with sales and engineering teams to align to business strategy.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional teams in the development and execution on all aspects of complex integrated marketing initiatives encompassing strategy development, creative development, internal & external communications, and collateral development
  • Tracking campaign outcomes including list management and upload into appropriate systems and outcomes by each campaign
  • Materials organization on all systems such as corporate intranet, Teams and other sources for sharing across organization
  • Pre- and post-campaign follow up coordination
  • Serve as key resource in developing marketing plan and tactics for each of the markets we serve.
  • Assist in production of marketing materials.
  • Support team in virtual and in-person event execution including trade shows, events, and company functions while bringing creative ideas to drive attendance and participation at events.
  • Manages materials distribution, updates, and preparation for marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Work with the communications team to develop, execute, maintain and monitor content strategies through our social media channels and website.
  • Creates and / or prepares PowerPoint presentations and templates.
  • Provides project management support to agency partners, web partners and other vendors.
  • Distributes key communication updates to employees through various channels.
  • Manage promotional item needs and requests.
  • Work with BDR team, Demand Gen, Mktg Ops, Field marketing and Sales teams to determine lead generation requirements spanning multiple products and solutions.
  • Drive the creation of vertical specific use cases and associated collateral.
  • Work cross-functionally with content marketing teams and / or external agency to produce targeted, personalized assets that engage and convince target accounts to move through the sales funnel.
  • Requirements :

  • Desire to gain experience and knowledge in marketing campaigns and project management.
  • Experience and knowledge of different industries
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Independent thinker, self-taught and passionate about marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Manager, Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Proven project and time management skills to handle many shifts in priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Solid computer skills including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Degree in Marketing or preferred relevant field
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • This position can be located anywhere in LATAM
